Supporting the Senior community since 2000, Westside MAPS is run by a team of dedicated volunteers. The current Executive Committee of four manages the entire organization. These volunteers spend hours upon hours each month making sure every detail runs smoothly for each aspect of Westside MAPS.

Allison Beale has been working in the Senior Care industry for over 12 years. Allison helps families put systems in place to help their loved one either age safely in their home or relocate into a Senior Living community.
Her role as counselor to families who are making difficult decisions for their loved ones has given her the experience needed to facilitate, guide, and counsel families to make educated and good choices for their loved ones. Families often say that they could not have done this without her knowledge, love and care for their family and the Elder. Allison is always available to answer questions when needed.

Andrea Rosen Daniels has made a life of service and dedication. In a previous career, she taught preschool children for 6 years in LA. She saw the value in guiding children on how to learn, and she always stressed care and empathy for peers. Andrea switched career tracks to senior care placement and has been assisting families since 2011.
She has helped place and relocate more than 1,000 individuals throughout her career as a senior placement specialist and works with over 400 senior communities in Los Angeles.
Andrea has volunteered on the Executive Committee of Westside MAPS for over 10 years.

Dani Klein is a comedian/actor and author. Dani taught Stand-Up at UCLA for 10 years, coached keynote speakers, and business leaders and Congressional candidates to use more humor in their communication.
Dani launched “Laughter On Call” after her mother became depressed facing Alzheimer’s. She hired a professional comedian to cheer her up and feel less isolated. It worked. During COVID, LOC took services virtual and expanded to support corporate teams feeling isolated. They now run events Internationally for over 550 businesses including Meta, Capital One, Bristol Myers and Amazon.
Dani has been a speaker at The Milken Institute Conference, Stanford Business School, Harvard Business School, Fuqua at Duke, Columbia, UCLA and Dartmouth College.
Dani has volunteered on the Executive Committee of Westside MAPS for over 5 years.

Yael Wyte is the Program and Education Specialist with the Alzheimer’s Association, CA Southland Chapter. She educates the community about Alzheimer’s disease, participates in community events and brings awareness about the disease. Yael also supports families and caregivers in support groups, providing information and resources.
Before the Alzheimer’s Association, Yael worked in Senior Living communities, with families and individuals with Dementia for 17 years in the Not-For-Profit community education and support sides.
Yael has volunteered on the Executive Committee of Westside MAPS for over 15 years.

The Southland Chapter provides free educational programs, support services and care consultations across the Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern, Tulare, Kings and Inyo counties, while also supporting critical research towards a cure.
High-quality programs and services to help manage the challenges of caring for a person with Alzheimer’s or another dementia.
Provides life-improving services that help the people of Los Angeles live with dignity and exercise self-determination.
Serves seniors age 65 and over in Los Angeles County. Our grants provide funds or services to seniors for basic necessities or to enhance their quality of life.
OneGeneration Adult Daycare helps seniors remain at home with their loved ones by providing a safe, supervised haven during the day.
OPICA creates a structured, socially engaging environment that enables adults with memory loss to avoid isolation and provides respite to the family caregiver.
Proudly offers an array of programs and services that include weekly meals, group classes, social services, case management, transportation, tech education, family caregiver support, advocacy and more.
Senior services strive to create a safe, welcoming and respectful community where LGBTQ+ older adults (50+) can come together to learn, connect, build friendships, gain support and thrive.

Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of every month during January through August. For September, November and December, meetings are assigned to different weeks of the month depending on the various holidays. Please see our Events Calendar for specific dates.
Westside MAPS meetings are held at a different Westside L.A. Senior Living Community each month throughout the year.
The fee for you to attend one of our meetings is $20. You will be pleasantly surprised by all the networking opportunities! Approximately 50-100 other senior-service professionals attend each meeting. Also included with your fee is a delicious catered buffet-style full breakfast or happy-hour dinner depending on the meeting you attend. Westside MAPS offers the best networking deal in town! The Westside MAPS annual Directory Listing fee varies depending on whether you choose one, two or three category(s). Listings are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Imagine being seen by hundreds of website viewers looking for your services! Don't delay. Get your listing now and be closer to the top. Listings run for one year from approval.
There are four levels of Sponsor listings appearing in our Website. Each includes different benefits for your business. Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver--requiring different donations.
